Who We Are

Richard is the Chief Executive Officer at OpenRoad. A 40+ year insurance industry veteran, he built his career at Progressive, Hagerty and Forge starting and managing insurance businesses. In his free time, he enjoys driving on a beautiful country lane.

Bryan is the Chief Marketing Officer at OpenRoad. A U.S. Navy veteran, he built his career in the classic car world — from major auctions to managing private collections to leading Membership at Hagerty. Bryan’s pup Oscar keeps him busy, and when he’s not outdoors or at a live show, he’s hunting for an Austin Healey 100M.

Chris is the Chief Operating Officer at OpenRoad, leading operations, client service, and technology. He spent 20 years at Hagerty in senior leadership roles, most recently as Senior Vice President of Member Service. A family man with a passion for modern muscle, Chris feels most alive cruising a two‑lane road or relaxing at the beach with his favorite people.

Scott leads Insurance Operations and Claims at OpenRoad, building the platform and processes that power the business. He previously held leadership roles at Hagerty, gaining deep experience in collector car underwriting, product, and claims. He’s energized by scaling a modern collector car insurer. Outside work, Scott enjoys time with family and the occasional drive behind the wheel.

Bob Jones leads strategic partnerships nationwide at OpenRoad. He has held senior distribution and agency leadership roles at Progressive, AAA‑ACG, and Ahoy! Insurance. Outside of work, Bob enjoys the hunt for the perfect MGA, weekend drives in his BMW Z4 with his grandsons and six dogs and…of course…ice cream!
