Where can I get my ID cards?

Insurance ID cards are easily accessible in your Client Portal. Just click the login button on the top of your screen and follow the prompts to gain access. Not yet registered? No worries, once you click login you’ll see an option to register as a new user.

How do I submit for roadside reimbursement?

Visit our Claims Page. There you can log into your Client Portal, follow the prompts to submit for reimbursement and enjoy faster processing. You can also give us a call and we’ll walk you through a simple process.

How can I add a vehicle to my policy?

Your Client Portal makes managing all aspects of your OpenRoad policy quick and easy, including adding a vehicle. Just click the login button on the top of your screen to gain access.

Where can I change my billing address?

Updating your billing address is quick and easy through your Client Portal. Click the login button at the top of the page to get started. If you haven't registered yet, you'll find a new user registration option right there on the login page.

In what states do you offer coverage?

Head to our Insurance page and check out the coverage map toward the bottom of the page.
